Dapagliflozin (Forxiga ® ) • TDD: 5 mg - 10 mg • Frequency: QD • Taken at any time. Dosing schedule • Initiate at 5 mg QD. • Titrate dose to 10 mg if tolerating well and BG not in target. • Available 5 mg, 10 mg Dose that has demonstrated cardiorenal benefits: • dapagliflozin 10mg Ertugliflozin (Steglatro™ ) Approved for use in adults in combination with metformin and metformin/sitagliptin.

Adverse effects • Reports of acute kidney injury. Contraindicated • History of bladder cancer.

Adverse effects • Higher rates of non-traumatic lower limb amputations in 7 clinical trials: 0.1% (placebo) vs 0.2% (5 mg) 0.5% (15 mg) ertugliflozin group.
